When's the Last Time You Prayed for Bin Laden?

That's the question raised in Christianity Today's interesting interview with missionary and advocate Brother Andrew who head the ministry Open Doors. This interview was about Andrew's newly released book about a sequel to his book Light Force called Secret Believers: What Happens When Muslims Believe in Christ? dealing with how we as Christians should deal with the Middle East and Islam.

His challenge to us who call ourselves evangelicals to stop waging political battles against Islam and instead go to them, make every effort to spread the gospel to them, love them, proclaim Christ to them.

Why is it that most Evangelical churches in the US have little or no support of Missions efforts to Arabs and the Middle East region?

Here is a excerpt..
.
"Speaking as a Christian, they (Muslims) are not our enemies. God loves the world. And in my new book, Secret Believers, we propose the question, "Have you prayed for bin Laden today?" That question should shock a lot of Christians. Of course we haven't! That is why he is what he is. We have an evangelical black list of people we don't want to see in heaven and put bin Laden on top. Saddam Hussein is probably second."
